Sometimes you have to say bad words...

Did you know that today is RARE DISEASE DAY? It’s a day designated to raise awareness for patients and families around the world who are affected by rare diseases.

Two weeks ago I attended a networking event and was educated by a local nonprofit Mary’s Magical Moment (MMM) about a very rare disease called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma. DIPG is a fast growing form of terminal cancer that attacks the brain stem. This form of cancer presents itself in children.

In honor of Rare Disease Day we are excited to launch a new product that we’ve been working on for a few months with local soap maker Lone Pine Suds. 

Hitting the shelves today at Frae Everyday Goods is our exclusive F*CK CANCER bar! Scented with a bright citrus essential oil blend, this bar is made from soap confetti (left over scraps from the soap making process) and topped off with bio glitter (made from biodegradable cellulose)

The F*CK CANCER bar will benefit a different cancer based charity every quarter. For March/April/May our beneficiary will be Mary’s Magical Moment (MMM)

MMM is a Billings, MT based 501c3 charity which supports children and their families fighting DIPG.
